Kel LaBranche has been in the real estate business for over 12 years. He graduated with a degree in Economics and has worked for several international companies before starting his own company, Buy USA Real Estate. 3 A Buy USA Real Estate Office is not a traditional SALES office. We are not salesmen. We'll never be tempted to push a company listing because we don't have any.

1 We have access to all MLS (Multiple Listing Service) listings as well as FSBO (for sale by owner) and bank owned properties. And the best part - there is NO ADDITIONAL COST ! We share the offered commission or build our fee into the transaction.

2 Don't be "SOLD" a home by a "SALES" agent. Be advised, consulted and protected by employing a Buyer's Broker.
